How long will it take for my order to process?

We process orders Monday to Friday in the order they are received. Typically, all orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Why is the first burn important?

The first burn is important because the wax has memory. Each time you burn your candle, burn it long enough for the wax pool to reach the edges and for no longer than 4 hours. Not allowing the candle to reach its full melt pool can cause tunnelling (where the candle burns down the middle, leaving wax around the edges) which can be difficult to fix.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we do not offer international shipping but we will notify you when do!

Why should I trim my wicks?

Always ensure the wick is trimmed to 5mm above the surface of the wax prior to lighting the candle. If the wick is too long, it may smoke when burned, or burn too high. Long or crooked wicks can create high flames, smoking, or sooting. Therefore, trimming the wick to 5mm (when the wax has set and the candle is cool) is the most effective way to prevent this and offer a clean and even burn.

What is the lifespan of your candles?

We advise you burn your candles within a year of purchase for optimal performance, as we do not use any preservatives.

About our candles?

We use a coconut soy wax blend which is free from Petroleum, Phthalates, Parabens & Preservatives. Our crackling wooden wicks work with the wax to create an even clean burn that maximises the hot throw for a pleasant sensual experience and ambiance. All our candles are made in small batches, blended and hand poured in the England.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of the receipt if the product is in the original condition and packaging. The product must be returned to us and you are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Please email us via the contact page in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product, so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.
